This is a field in which the specific study is in any case fundamental, based on the reference market and consequently on the applicable regulations or laws. Through the search for appropriate materials, Thermoplasty has successfully completed the replacement with plastics of components traditionally made of more expensive materials such as aluminum, cast iron, sheet steel. We emphasize that recyclability is always safeguarded. Thermoforming is a technique of molding hot plastic materials, starting from sheets, under pressure or under vacuum. This is an economic technique that makes it possible to produce shells made of polymeric material starting from a "positive template" (that is of a shape identical to that of the desired shell) in a theoretically infinite quantity.
